Yet Another Upgrade

Well, yet another upgrade for phpBB has been applied. So far, I haven't seen anything break too badly. One note though, if you're having problems logging in, you probably need to delete your cookies, specifically ones from unitedHeroes.net starting with "phpbb_"

As always, let me know if you see anything else goofy.

Oh yeah, and for those spammers trying to create fake accounts, I automatically delete inactive accounts after fifteen minutes, so you need to be a little faster on the pickup if you want to spam here.
